0-20° (High Risk): Standard flat mouse territory. Maximum twisting (pronation) of the radius and ulna bones.
20-50° (Moderate): Sloped ergonomic mice. Good for prevention, but may not be enough for existing pain.
50-70° (Optimal Neutral): The sweet spot for vertical mice, allowing arm-driven movement without tension.
70-90° (True Vertical / Joystick): Maximum relief, but often results in a steep learning curve and reduced precision.
